Try Something New Thursday| DO NOT WORRY

Living with an eager spirit to grow, explore, push boundaries, and just to become a better human being; life can sometimes turns our desires into anxieties. Especially if you brain is constantly filled with thoughts like work, bills, goals, and dreams the realities of life can become overwhelming. But the great thing, 'is greater is he who is in me than he that is in this world'.-1John4:4 Meaning God lies within you and with him you can not fail. God knows our hearts and he knows what we need. He will supply all of our hearts desires, so do not worry. Stop fearing and Start trusting in our Father. Ways to rid yourself of worry, stop putting all the pressure on you. We clearly arent built to worry, and thats probaly why worrying immeditaley drives us crazy! Today, Lets try something new, instead of worrying, Start telling your problems how big your God is and there is nothing that he wont do to help you.

"There for i tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds in the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuyable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?... So do not worry , saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well" - Matthew 6:25-34
