2014 Model of the Year: Joan Smalls

Puerto Rican born supermodel Joan Smalls has had a great year on & off the runway which is why she is my pick for model of the year. She made big waves when she was one of the featured models on theSeptember 2014 cover of Vogue magazine. Also who could forget her licking Beyonce's chest in the'Yonce' video.

From New York, London, Milan & Paris, Joan was strutting down the runways everywhere season after season. Campaign wise this year, she was seen in Missoni, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Gucci, ICB & Alexander Wang x H&M ads. However Joan has taken her style from the runway to the red carpet and she did not disappoint. Overall, I thought she had memorable year.
