I believe our high fashion world hopped in a time machine and runwayed backward, like a century. Call me an old soul but, the low-slugged, wide-legged trouser is the perfect touch in creating an uber chic look, especially for the classy gal.

Although, such a fine piece of fabric may be hard to ever-so stylishly pull off, it can be done. Don’t let the wide leg, which America successfully buried with the invention of the skinny-leg, scare you away from embracing this awesome 90’s look.
