You Mean, I Can Rock My Mother’s Raver Pants and Burst out Doing the Cabbage Patch?

Do You Mean, I Can Rock My Mother’s Raver Pants and Burst out Doing the Cabbage Patch?

I believe our high fashion world hopped in a time machine and runwayed backward, like a century. Call me an old soul but, the low-slugged, wide-legged trouser is the perfect touch in creating an uber chic look, especially for the classy gal.

Although, such a fine piece of fabric may be hard to ever-so stylishly pull off, it can be done. Don’t let the wide leg, which America successfully buried with the invention of the skinny-leg, scare you away from embracing this awesome 90’s look. Now, where can I find a classic pair for spring, please?

If you don’t believe my hype, at least see the hype for your closet’s good, and make your own judgements. Designer, Miss Rosie Assoulin led the way in the bringing back of such a trend, just this past week, paying homage to Gwen Stefani’s ‘Holla Back Girl’ video wardrobe, in her Spring presentation. And, I’m positive it’ll be mimicked, sooner than later, by thousands of fashionistas.

You can even pair it, as pictured, with a body suit and be on your way to the most poppin'-est pool party.

Fly Girls, you’ve been warned. Now, gather your 90’s cassette tapes, host a house party like Kidd & Play’s and Cabbage Patch all night long, in your Ravers. Send all your cute pictures in & possibly be featured in a future article. Thank me later.

FLY GIRL FASHION TIP: Sometimes, simplicity is more.
