Aloe Vera is such a beautiful gift from the earth. Can you believe I found Aloe Vera plants AND all natural aloe water, for just .89 cents, yesterday? Me neither. I mean seriously, the plant needs to be draped in a gold cape, in honor of its many superpowers. Aloe Vera has been used for thousands and thousands of years, by many cultures as a healing method. Aloe is an overall antidote, as it contains large amounts of natural antiseptics that kill infections, viruses, and bacteria.
To all my fly girls, aloe Vera is especially our super hero as it keeps us hydrated, restores and maintains the health and glow of our skin and hair. Thank you Jesus for this natural beauty you’ve given us.
Now that you’ve been introduced to the significances of aloe Vera, let’s break the spikey, green plant down. Just as it acts as an immune system booster it is also rich in vital nutrients, controls cholesterol, powerfully detoxifies, contains B-2 which improves digestion, metabolism and synthesis, Folate (B-9), necessary for stabilizing diabetes, synthesis and repairing of DNA as well as of production of the healthy red blood cells, B-9 as it efficiently controls glucose and blood sugar levels, Thamin (B-1) for metabolic functions, metabolism of carbohydrates, Pyridoxal phosphate (B-6), necessary for metabolism of amino acids and the releasing of glucose from liver and muscle tissues. Aloe Vera also is rich in minerals. The plant contains calcium, zinc, cooper, iron, potassium, magnesium as well the following amino acids: Lysinthionine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, Histidine, glutamine acid.
You may also totally rely on aloe Vera to treat sore gums and gum disease, inflammations (thanks to its high contents of mannans and lectins). And lastly, all hail to the absorbic acids and Carotene (A-beta), which improves ocular health and reduces the risk of ovarian cancer, found in this magical plant. With all the antioxidant functions of A-beta you can forever upkeep your skin’s beauty and your body’s youth.
Okay, so I know what Aloe Vera is and what it does, but how do I start reaping the benefits of its natural miracles?
